Bringing Advanced ISR Technology to Law Enforcement
For over 30 years, our team has studied and developed tactics to deploy the highest level of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) technology. Our goal: to close the operational gap between helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft used in modern policing. We equip tactical flight officers (TFOs) and pilots with the platform and training they need to keep communities safe.
As the authorized distributor of Diamond Aircraft's DA62 MPP in the United States, we partner with government agencies and businesses to procure tactical, fixed-wing aircraft—each uniquely designed and outfitted to enhance patrol, surveillance, search & rescue, and geo-surveying capabilities.

John Nielsen
CEO
Retired California Highway Patrol Officer/Pilot with 30 years of service, including 24 years in the Air Operations Division. With over 14,000 logged flight hours as Pilot in Command, John has flown virtually every type of airborne law enforcement mission—from high-stakes pursuits and covert surveillance to search and rescue operations across California's diverse terrain. As a veteran ALEA instructor, he has trained countless law enforcement pilots in fixed-wing tactical operations.
Steve Nielsen
CFO
As a "Wall Street" investment banker and then as a municipal financial advisor for his own firm, Steve has arranged and managed over a billion dollars of municipal financings through public bond offerings. 15 years ago he founded MuniBond Solar, shifting exclusively into the world of privately-placed, municipal lease-purchase financing, helping his local government clients secure over $500 million dollars of federal subsidies (and/or grants) for essential energy assets.
